本文报告5例病人应用喃氟啶的药物动力学研究。以喃氟啶400mg(1例为800mg)恒速静脉滴注1h,血浓峰值平均为18±9μg/ml,V_B值为0.5±0.3L/kg,CL值为0.8±0.8ml/ml/(min·kg),t_(1/2)值为7.32h。喃氟啶以双室模型拟合相关性为r=0.9277。喃氟啶400mg静滴用于消化道肿瘤病人疗效较差,但也无毒副反应发生。
This article reports the pharmacokinetics of 5-fluorouracil in 5 patients. A constant infusion of 400 mg of dinufluoride (800 mg for one case) was performed at a constant rate for 1 h. The mean peak blood concentration was 18 ± 9 μg / ml, the V_B value was 0.5 ± 0.3 L / kg, and the CL value was 0.8 ± 0.8 ml / ml / min · kg), t_ (1/2) value of 7.32h. Fluorfluridine fitted to a two-compartment model with a correlation of r = 0.9277. Flunarizine 400mg intravenous infusion for patients with digestive tract tumors less effective, but no toxic side effects.
