中共中央宣传部、广播电影电视部联合调查组会同国家统计局农调总队和有关省、地(州、市)、县的党委宣传部和广播电视厅(局)于1987年6月至1988年5月对不发达地区广播电视事业进行了调查研究。这次调查的目的,是在了解情况的基础上,对促进不发达地区广播电视事业的发展和宣传报道质量的提高,从指导思想、方针政策、措施上提出建议。
