QC小组活动作为烟草企业推进精益管理工作的重要抓手和载体,近年来呈现出“数量多、质量高、经济效益好”的局面。但也存在着一些问题和不足,结合笔者在烟草企业QC小组活动中的具体实践,以县级烟草公司入手,提出了提高QC小组活动质量和水平的建议和措施。
As an important starting point and carrier for tobacco companies in promoting lean management, the QC group has shown a situation of “quantity, high quality and good economic returns” in recent years. However, there are still some problems and shortcomings. Based on the author’s concrete practice in the activities of QC group of tobacco companies, this paper starts with the county tobacco companies and puts forward suggestions and measures to improve the quality and level of QC group activities.
