邓小平从我国的国情出发,在思考“什么是社会主义,怎样建设社会主义”是提出了共同富裕思想。邓小平的共同富裕思想以精神富裕为其动力,通过多先富带动后福的途径,以公有制为其制度保障,使我国古代劳动人民“大同世界”的构想成为了一个科学体系。三十多年的改革开放,使我国经济建设在取得瞩目成就的同时,社会的贫富也显现鸿沟,为此,我们有必要进一步研究邓小平的共同富裕观,正确的把握其科学内涵,在同富裕观的指导下,利用各种手段,各种方法逐步缩小贫富差距,最终达到共同富裕。
Starting from the national conditions of our country, Deng Xiaoping pondered “What is socialism? How to build socialism ?,” put forward the idea of common prosperity. Deng Xiaoping’s thought of common prosperity is motivated by spiritual prosperity. Through the method of getting rich first and bringing back the good fortune, public ownership is the guarantee of its system, making the concept of the “working people in the world” into a scientific system. Thirty years of reform and opening up have brought remarkable achievements in our economic construction. At the same time, there has also been a gap between the rich and the poor in our society. Therefore, it is necessary for us to further study Deng Xiaoping’s concept of common prosperity and correctly grasp its scientific connotation. Under the guidance of the concept of affluence, various means and various methods have been used to gradually narrow the gap between the rich and the poor and eventually achieve common prosperity.
