抗生素是新生儿监护室最常使用的药物,但近年由于忽视早产儿独特的代谢和生理功能不全,误用或滥用药物的不良后果仍有发生。本文总结了有关体重小于1200克新生儿抗生素应用的一些知识,并提出极低出生体重儿抗生素应用的暂时建议。
Antibiotics are the most commonly used drugs in neonatal care units, but the adverse effects of misuse or abuse of drugs continue to occur in recent years due to neglect of the unique metabolic and physiological deficits of premature babies. This article summarizes some of the knowledge about the use of neonatal antibiotics weighing less than 1200 grams and makes tentative recommendations for the use of antibiotics for very low birth weight infants.
