选矿生产过程自动化,对于提高金属回收率和精矿品位等技术经济指标,改善劳动条件,减轻劳动强度,实行科学管理都有着重要的作用,它是选矿工业现代化的重要内容和技术措施。目前我国绝大多数选矿厂的各主要生产过程已基本实现了机械化和连续化,为实现选矿生产过程自动化提供了有利条件。建国以来,在毛主席革命路线指引下,由于科研、设计单位、高等院校和厂矿企业的密切协作和共同努力,选矿自动化的科技工作取得了显著进展。许多选矿生产过程所需的检测仪表不断得到解决;有些技术难度较大的关键性检测仪表正在研制和组织力量攻关;不少单项自动控制已经在一批选矿厂成功地应用;有的选矿厂还实现了碎矿车间或整个选矿厂的集中控制;利用小型电子计算机进行磨矿机组的控制试验也在着手进行;群众性的技术革新活动正在更加广泛深入地开展。当前,国外在电子技术和工业自动化仪表迅速发展的基础上,出现了以设备程序控制、过程自动检测与控制,产品质量自动分析相结合等,利用电子计算机对选矿厂生产进行最佳化控制和科学管理的发展趋势。为了实现伟大领袖毛主席和敬爱的周总理规划的四个现代化的宏伟蓝图,响应英明领袖华主席向科学技术现代化进军的伟大号召,加快我国选矿厂生产过程自动化的发展,本刊将陆续刊登国内已经出现的选矿生产过程自动化方面的科技成果和经验,希望读者提出宝贵意见。 The automation of beneficiation production process plays an important role in improving technical conditions such as metal recovery rate and concentrate grade, improving working conditions, reducing labor intensity and implementing scientific management.
