近些年来,我国越来越重视发展素质教育。素质教育强调学生的全面发展,要求学生不仅要掌握充分的文化课知识,还应当具备其他一些技能,比如音乐技能、美术技能等等。在素质教育背景下,很多家长也很重视孩子的全面发展,主动带领孩子参加一些管乐团的培训等等,以培养孩子的音乐技能。文章主要围绕小学生管乐团的组织和培训展开论述。
In recent years, more and more emphasis has been placed on developing quality education in our country. Quality education emphasizes students’ all-round development and requires students not only to acquire sufficient knowledge of culture class, but also to acquire other skills such as music skills, art skills and so on. In the context of quality education, many parents also attach great importance to the overall development of children, take the initiative to lead children to participate in some of the orchestra training and so on, to develop children’s musical skills. The article mainly discusses the organization and training of pupils’ orchestra.
