广州市人民政府令第54号《广州市拥军优属实施办法》已经2011年1月20日市政府第13届131次常务会议修订通过,现予以公布,自2011年5月1日起施行。市长万庆良二○一一年三月二十五日(1999年7月27日广州市人民政府令[1999]第7号发布,2011年1月20日广州市人民政府第13届131次常务会议修订通过)第一条为加强拥军优属工作,增强军政军民团结,保障优抚对象的合法权益,根据国务院《军人抚恤优待条例》,结合本市实际,制定本办法。
Order of Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government No. 54 “Implementation Measures for Supporting Yongjun of Guangzhou City” has been revised and approved by the 131st executive meeting of the 13th municipal government on January 20, 2011, and is hereby promulgated and will be implemented as of May 1, 2011.
