青海是一个经济欠发达地区,又是一个多民族聚居地区,加快发展对青海来说尤为紧迫。为了理清我们的发展思路,进一步在解放思想中统一思想,特别是在政治、经济、文化等各方面,对未来五年青海的发展作深层次的、前瞻性的、战略性的思考,以实际行动迎接党的十六大和省第十次党代会的召开,1月28日至31日,省委中心组举行了为期4天的“青海未来五年发展”研讨会。参加这次研讨活动的有:省委各常委、省人大党组副书记、省政府副省长、省政协党组副书记,以及省委、省政府有关综合部门主要负责人和各州、地、市委书记。省委书记苏荣自始至终主持了这次研讨活动。与会者首先听取了中国社科院江小涓、中央党校周天勇两位专家学者的报告,然后围绕青海未来五年发展,结合实际进行了认真而深入的思考和研讨。会上共有28位同志发言,没来及发言的同志也提交了书面发言材料。研讨会气氛活跃,发言热烈,大家畅所欲言,各抒己见,充分地分析了形势,总结了经验,共同研究问题,商讨对策,达成了共识,收到了良好效果,现将这次研讨会内容综述如下。
Qinghai is an economically underdeveloped area, but also a multi-ethnic area, accelerating the development of Qinghai is particularly urgent. In order to sort out our development train of thought and further unify our thinking in emancipating our minds, we should make deep-seated, forward-looking and strategic thinking on the development of Qinghai over the next five years in all aspects of politics, economy and culture. The actual action to greet the party’s 16th National Congress and the tenth congress of provincial congress, January 28 to 31, the provincial party committee held a four-day “Qinghai five years of development ” seminar. Participate in this seminar are: the provincial party committee members, deputy secretary of the Provincial People’s Congress, the provincial government deputy governor, deputy secretary of the provincial CPPCC, as well as the provincial party committee and government departments responsible for the general department and the state, prefectural and municipal party secretary . Provincial Party Secretary Su Rong presided over the seminar throughout. Attendees first listened to the reports of two experts and scholars from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Jiang Xiaojuan and Zhou Dayong from the Central Party School. They then conscientiously and in-depth thought and discussions focused on the development of Qinghai in the coming five years. A total of 28 comrades spoke at the meeting. Comrades who did not come and spoke also submitted written statements. The seminar was very lively with an enthusiastic speech. Everyone spoke freely and gave their own views. They fully analyzed the situation, summed up the experience, studied the issues together, discussed the countermeasures, reached a consensus and received good results.
