本文对首届修志过程中提出的“志法”六个方面进行探讨 :对“述而不作”的理解不能绝对化、片面化 ;要大力加强有关文化的记述 ,特别要重视记述人的活动 ;对于志书中常见的交叉重复应从实际出发 ,具体分析区别对待 ;精练文字 ,前提和核心是加深对记述对象的认识 ,然后锤炼语言 ;适当运用模糊语言 ;考虑资料的全面性 ,同时注意保密性
