随着我国经济的发展和城市化建设的提高,我国的科学技术得到了很好的发展,化学工业作为我国的支柱性产业也迎来新的发展机遇。化工企业向着大型化,复杂化发展的同时,对安全管理工作也提出来越来越高的要求,而我国化工企业安全管理还存在一些问题,安全管理意识淡薄,安全管理体制不完善,方法陈旧效率低下等。对此本文进行了详细的分析,提出了相应的对策,完善安全管理体制,创新安全管理方法,并且大力引进高素质人才等,以求促进化工企业的可持续发展。
With the development of economy and the improvement of urbanization in our country, our country’s science and technology have been well developed. As the pillar industry of our country, the chemical industry also usher in new opportunities for development. As the chemical industry grows towards large-scale and complex, it also puts forward higher and higher requirements on safety management. However, there are still some problems in the safety management of chemical industry in our country, such as weak safety management awareness, imperfect safety management system, outdated methods Inefficient and so on. In this paper, a detailed analysis of this article, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, improve the safety management system, innovation and safety management methods, and vigorously introduce high-quality personnel, etc., in order to promote the sustainable development of chemical industry.
