脑脊液成分的改变可精确地反映疾病的病理过程。蛋白质组学研究方法的出现为分析脑脊液的蛋白质组成提供了一个很好的平台。文章综述了用于脑脊液蛋白质组学分析的方法,以及利用这些方法对脑脊液蛋白质组成进行研究的进展,包括脑脊液样本的准备、二维凝胶电泳、质谱分析技术、蛋白质组学的生物信息学、脑脊液的比较蛋白质组学、脑脊液的功能蛋白质组学等。
Changes in cerebrospinal fluid composition can accurately reflect the pathological process of the disease. The emergence of proteomics research methods provides a good platform for analyzing the protein composition of cerebrospinal fluid.
