采用方波脉冲作为激励信号,对谐振式传感器的谐振器进行激励。通过对含有谐振频率和阻尼信息的自由衰减振动信号的采集及处理,同时得到了谐振器的谐振频率及谐振阻尼参数。以电涡流位移传感器为例,实际搭建了这种基于脉冲激励的双参数检测实验装置。实验结果表明,该方法可同时获取位移检测过程中的谐振频率及谐振阻尼参数。这种脉冲检测方式不仅可用于新型电涡流传感器的研制,而且可进一步推广到其他类型的谐振式传感器中。
The square wave pulse is used as the excitation signal to excite the resonator of the resonant sensor. Through the collection and processing of the free-decay vibration signal containing the resonance frequency and the damping information, the resonant frequency and the resonance damping parameters of the resonator are obtained simultaneously. Taking eddy current displacement sensor as an example, this kind of pulse excitation-based two-parameter detection experimental setup is actually set up. The experimental results show that this method can simultaneously obtain the resonance frequency and the resonance damping parameters in the displacement detection process. This pulse detection method can not only be used for the development of new eddy current sensor, but also can be further extended to other types of resonant sensors.
