采用 Bt可湿性粉剂标样和含单一 Bt杀虫蛋白 Cry A( c)的 MVPII水剂 ,研究改进了棉铃虫对 Bt杀虫蛋白的抗性测定方法。 1 996~ 1 998年进行华北地区棉铃虫对 Bt制剂的抗性监测 ,结果表明 ,河北省邱县、冀州市、山东省高密市、河南省西华县棉铃虫与敏感种群相比的抗性指数( RR)为 1 .3~ 5.3倍 ;用诊断剂量法测定 ,只在1 998年检测到山东高密棉铃虫的抗性个体频率为 0 .9% ,其余均为 0。 1 998年测定棉铃虫对Cry A( c)敏感性 ,与室内种群相比 ,河北邱县、冀州和山东高密棉铃虫种群对 Cry A( c)的相对 RR值分别为 4.9、3.9和 3.8倍 ,对 Bt粉剂的相对抗性指数 ( RR)分别为 1 .1、1 .4和 1 .6倍 ;用转 Bt基因棉叶直接测定 ,田间棉铃虫的死亡率降低 ,表明用 Cry A( c)进行测定与用转 Bt基因棉叶直接测定结果相关性较大。
Bt WP samples and a single Bt insecticidal protein Cry A (c) MVPII agent to study the improvement of cotton bollworm Bt insecticidal protein resistance assay. The results showed that the resistance of H. armigera in Qixian, Jizhou, Shandong Province, Gaomi City in Shandong Province and Xihua County in Henan Province to the susceptible population was monitored from 1998 to 1998 in Bt formulation of cotton bollworm in North China. The index (RR) ranged from 1.3 to 5.3 times. The diagnostic dose method was used to detect only the resistant individuals with high density of H. armigera in Shandong Province in 1998, and the remaining frequency was 0 .9%. The sensitivity of H. armigera to Cry A (c) was determined in 1998. Compared with the indoor population, the relative RR of Cry A (c) population in Qixian, Jizhou and Shandong populations was 4.9, 3.9 and 3.8 times respectively , Respectively. The relative resistance index (RR) to Bt powder was 1.1, 1.4, and 1.6 times respectively. The direct cotton bollworm resistance (Bt) ) Was determined and the results of direct determination of transgenic Bt cotton leaves are more relevant.
