随着城市集中供热的迅速发展,热网越来越显示出其重要性,特别是随着供热管网越来越多地走向人们的生活,热电厂集中供热和区域集中供热急剧增加。由于供热管网工程规模大、造价高,影响面广,并且涉及到城市的规划建设和环境美化,故设计时稍有不慎,极易造成巨大的浪费。那么如何来保证供热质量,怎样把生产的热能,按热网用户需要进行合理分配,就要求热网在设计中选择最优方案,科学的来解决好城市的供热问题,热力管网是个施工过程中有一道重要的工序就是热力管道的保温。热力管道保温后,可以比不保温时减少90%左右的热损失。本文从保温材料的性能和保温结构等出发,探讨各种因素对保温节能效果的影响,并对强化保温的节能效果进行了分析。

So how to ensure the quality of heating, how to make the heat energy of production, according to the needs of users of the heating network for reasonable distribution, requires the heating network in the design to select the optimal program, a scientific solution to the problem of heating in the city, the heat pipe network is a One important process in the construction process is the thermal insulation of the heat pipes. After heat pipe insulation, it can reduce heat loss by about 90% compared to when it is not kept warm. In this paper, starting from the performance of thermal insulation materials and thermal insulation structure, the influence of various factors on the energy conservation effect of thermal insulation is discussed, and the energy-saving effect of thermal insulation is analyzed.
