10年前,很多中国企业都意识到了战略的重要与羞距,特别是几大国际咨询公司进入中国市场后,“战略至上”的共识在中国企业界得到了进一步强化。随后,很多中国企业(如:联想的“贸工技”、海尔的“先难后易”、长虹的“规模效益”等)也确实在正确的战略下取得了飞速发展。但近年来,随着经济全球化的加剧,以及《致加西亚的一封信》、《执行》等书的热销,有人开始认为企业战略正走向趋同化,企业成败的决定因素应是执行力。那么,在中国现阶段,战略与执行力,到底哪一个更重要?两者之间应是一种什么关系?
