李晴海(1927-)白族,云南沅江人。1957年毕业于西南音专声乐系。后任云南歌舞团、大理州白剧团副团长及云南艺术学院艺术研究室副主任。创作有白剧音乐《红色三弦》等。歌曲代表作:《景颇山上丰收乐》(李晴海词),这是作者于六十年代末期根据景颇族民歌改编的一首歌曲,因其具有鲜明景颇族音乐风格,问世后曾一度广为流传,并在全国产生广泛影响。
