本文以雷诺方程、K-ε双方程湍流模型和相应边界条件,构成了所研究问题的数学模型,采用快速收敛的人工阻尼法,计算了连铸结晶器内三维流场。计算结果与实验测试相一致。取得了快速收敛节省机时的突出效果。
In this paper, the Renault equation, K-εtwo-equation turbulence model and the corresponding boundary conditions are used to construct the mathematical model of the problem. The rapid convergence of artificial damping method is used to calculate the three-dimensional flow field in continuous casting mold. The calculation results are consistent with the experimental tests. Achieved rapid convergence to save time machine outstanding effect.
