水利施工企业成本管控受多方面因素影响,再加上交通和通讯不便,水利施工企业的成本管理的难度很大,而成本管理中存在的成本节约意识薄弱、各部门之间缺乏交流沟通、资金管理不规范、缺乏规范化材料管理等问题,使得企业的成本管理受到了很不利的影响。本文对上述问题进行了深入的分析,并提出了水利施工企业的成本管理与控制优化措施。
