刀具的磨削工艺是直接影响产品质量和劳动生产率的关键工序.故为各国工具制造者所重视。近年刀具磨削工艺有了较大的改进.已开始采用立方氮化硼砂轮磨削高速钢刀具,在刀具成形工序上逐步扩大了高速、整体磨削工艺的应用范围。在硬质合金刀具生产中,不仅广泛采用了人造金刚石砂轮刃磨工艺,而且电解磨削和电解成形磨削等新工艺也在逐步推广。此外。“适应加工”、“数控加工”等新技术也开始应用于刀具磨削工艺上.现将几种磨削工艺简述如下。
