安全性是指产品不发生导致人员伤亡、设备损坏等意外事件的能力。意外事件就是事故,要保证安全就是要消除或控制这些事故的发生。事故的起因往往来自于产品设计与制造过程中未注意到的缺陷和对潜在的危险缺乏应有的控制。事故的等级规定为:Ⅰ级(灾难的)——人员死亡或系统报废;
