上海硅钢片厂热轧电机硅钢片采用轧后控制冷却新工艺,已有一台轧机投入大批生产。在钢的化学成份和其它工艺条件不变的情况下,使高级牌号D_(23)的比率显著提高,且有40%低硅钢片的单位铁损达到高硅钢片D_(31)水平,其中有75—78%数量达到日本冷轧矽钢片S_(18)的电磁性能标准。为区别常规工艺,特定轧后控制冷却硅钢片为“D_(31A)”,并制定了技术条件,保证生产使用。该项新工艺已于80年12月24日通过了技术鉴定。
