实驗观察了含0.2%及0.4%亚硝酸鈉的飼料对大白鼠心肌耗氧量的影响,同时也观察了这些飼料及含1%亚硝酸鈉的飼料对大鼠生长,健康状况,血中高铁血红蛋白含量及心肌形态变化等的影响。結果表明,飼料中NaNO_2含量为0.2%时,大白鼠血中高铁血紅蛋白含量正常,生长与健康状况一般,部分动物心肌有浊肿等病变,心肌耗氧量与相应对照組比较,未见有明显差別。当飼料中NaNO_2含量增至0.4%时,食欲大减,生长緩慢,大部分动物心肌出現浊肿等变化,心肌耗氧量下降。而飼料中NaNO_2为1%时,动物食欲剧烈下降,血中高鉄血紅蛋白含量明显上升,一般于实驗后5—6天相继死亡。
The effects of diet with 0.2% and 0.4% sodium nitrite on myocardial oxygen consumption were observed and the effects of these feeds and diet with 1% sodium nitrite on the growth and health of rats, Hemoglobin content and myocardial morphology changes. The results showed that when the content of NaNO_2 in feed was 0.2%, the content of methemoglobin in blood of rats was normal, the growth and health were normal, some animals had turbidity of myocardium and the myocardial oxygen consumption was no obvious compared with the corresponding control group difference. When the content of NaNO_2 in feed increased to 0.4%, the appetite was greatly reduced and the growth was slow. Most animal myocardium showed turbidity and other changes, and myocardial oxygen consumption decreased. However, when the content of NaNO_2 in feed was 1%, the appetite of animals decreased sharply, and the content of hemoglobin in blood was significantly increased, which usually died 5-6 days after the experiment.
