将人工接种感染的小鼠腹腔细粒棘球蚴包囊90个,随机分为A~E 5组,分别用多频聚焦超声不同功率和组合方式进行超声照射.多频聚焦超声辐照后的各组包囊置于含1 00μg/mL阿苯达唑的RPMI 1640培养液中,经不同时间培养后,高效液相色谱法测定细粒棘球蚴囊内的药物质量浓度,以评价不同功率及辐照次数、辐照后含药培养液中不同培养时间对囊壁药物通透性的影响.结果显示:多频聚焦超声照射可以改变细粒棘球蚴囊壁的药物通透性.三频联合与单频相比,以及两次以上照射与单次照射相比,细粒棘球蚴囊内药物质量浓度差异均具有统计学意义.照射后包囊继续在含药培养基中培养,可进一步提高囊内药物质量浓度.本研究证实多频聚焦超声照射可使细粒棘球蚴囊壁药物通透性持续增加.多频联合超声作用的效果明显优于单频、多次照射优于单次照射.多频多次照射、适当延长包囊在药物中的培养时间能够最大程度地提高囊内药物质量浓度.
