Objective To measure the tumor volume by signal intensity and ADC value and to evaluate and compare the diagnostic efficacy of T2WI and MR diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in determining complete remission (CR) after locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC) in combination with chemoradiotherapy (CRT).
