我国是世界上灾害事件多、频次高、损失重的国家。抗灾救灾,在灾害事故中提供物质扶助和人文关怀,是构建社会主义和谐社会的题中应有之义,是事关中华民族生存与可持续发展的一个永恒主题。2008年初的一场五十年难遇的特大雪灾给我们国家带来了巨大的社会危害,使人民群众遭受了极大的损失。本文论述了雪灾中实施伦理关怀的必要性和可行性,并试图阐述了如何提高雪灾事故中伦理关怀的效度和力度。以期尽可能地减轻这次雪灾带来的人们人文心理上的痛苦,并对以后的灾害事故的伦理关怀的途径提供有益的启示。
Our country is a country with many disasters, high frequency and heavy losses in the world. Disaster relief and disaster relief, providing material support and humane care are the proper meanings for building a socialist harmonious society and an eternal theme that concerns the survival and sustainable development of the Chinese nation. In the early part of 2008, a special snowstorm hit by 50 years brought tremendous social harm to our country and caused tremendous losses to the people. This article discusses the necessity and feasibility of implementing ethical care in snowstorms and tries to illustrate how to improve the validity and intensity of ethical care in snowstorm accidents. With a view to mitigating the human psychological toll caused by the snowstorm as much as possible and providing useful enlightenment on the ways of ethical concern for future disasters.
