血小板活化和内皮细胞损伤存在于临床许多疾病.肝病患者凝血功能障碍,作为凝血活动中心环节的血管内皮及血小板可能起关键作用.血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)是目前具有特异性的血小板活化的分子标记物,内皮素-1(ET-1)可作为反映肝脏血管内皮细胞损伤的指标,通过对肝硬变患者血浆 GMP-140,ET-1的检测,探讨其在肝硬变病理生理及临床中的意义.1 材料和方法1.1 材料肝炎后肝硬变患者58例,男48例,女10例,年龄24岁~68岁,平均46岁.经病史、体检、肝功能、影象学及内镜检查确诊.并按 Child 肝功能分级 A 级18例,B 级26例,C 级14例;正常对照组30例,男20例,女10例,年龄20岁~52岁,平均
