《宋史·天文志》十三卷,在《宋史》之卷四八至卷六○,紧接本纪部分,为该书诸志之首。其中前四卷半是天文星象的制度记载和常识性介绍,自卷五二后半卷始则皆是有关于两宋时期日月星云等各种天象的流水账式的记载。我在考订《宋史·本纪》时,遇到一些关于天象之类的记载,常用这一部分来对校,发现其中错误洵多。尤以时日舛错为主。这些错误,有些可以通过其他文献记载校正之,有些虽无文献记载可据,但明显有误,或虽有文献可征,但同
