绿色建筑是顺应全球低碳经济形势与我国现代化发展的必然选择,它强调经济、社会与环境的可持续发展,具有积极的外部性。文章以成本效益为视角进行绿色建筑建设系统的设计,引入实例分析系统的应用,所得报告有利于建筑企业做出项目建设最终决策。
Green building is an inevitable choice to comply with the global low-carbon economy and the modernization of our country. It emphasizes the sustainable development of economy, society and environment and has positive externality. The paper designs the green building construction system from the perspective of cost-effectiveness and introduces the application of the example analysis system. The obtained report is helpful for the construction enterprises to make the final decision-making of the project construction.
