锥形转子电动机铁芯在生产过程中,因定转子带锥度,因此每张片子的内外径、线槽都必须随锥度而逐步变化。我厂原生产工艺为定子冲槽;定子、转子分开;转子冲槽工序。锥度靠手动进位,每台电机铁芯需三台专用冲床冲制。现在定转子冲槽与定、转子切开两道工序改在一台冲床上同时进行。这样可以减少一台冲床。二台自动冲槽构可以实现一人看管,而且由于采用机械自动定位,保证了定子、转子锥度不易发生差错,产品质量较前提高、劳动强度减轻。一、自动冲槽机的结构本机结构简单,安装调整都较容易,外形结构如图1所示:全机共分五个部分,安
