本着对教育事业的热爱,我以饱满的热情投入到教学工作中。热爱教育事业是对教师的最基本的职业道德要求,也是教师做好教育工作的根本保证。我国著名教育家徐特立说:“教书是一种很愉快的事业,你越教就会越爱自己的事业。”因为教师的育人对象是有理想、有感情、有意志、有个性的千差万别的活生生的人。所以我要对自己的思想道德、行为品质、知识级技能提出更高的要求。识字,是小学语文教学中一项非常重要的内容之一。识字教学对学生的听、说、读、写能力产生着非常重要的影响。
