Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) refer to the deleterious effects on humans resulting from the interaction of drugs or drugs during the course of medication, which are not related to the purpose of prevention and are also used to indicate the harmful, Patients who are severely ill and need to be dosed or discontinued or are indicated to be at risk of continued medication Although most of the ADRs are inevitable (such as Type B responses), most of them (such as Type A responses) are clinically Therefore, to strengthen systematic monitoring and analysis of ADR or drug-induced disease (DID) and related costs may provide a scientific basis for guiding clinical rational drug use (high efficiency, safety and economy) .
