脑垂体前叶注射液,主要是利用其所含的ACTH,本品近几年来在临床上应用范围甚广,但因提純困难,价格昂貴,不能广泛应用;且单纯注射ACTH常有不良反应。根据梁氏等利用羊脑垂体前叶埋藏治疗風湿性关节炎的报告,效果良好,本院外科也曾用来治疗同样疾病,为了进一步用注射法代替埋藏法,我們試制了羊腦垂体前叶注射液,經临床应用,认为满意,制作手续也較简单,今介紹制作方法如下: 一、規格:浓度为10%,每支2毫升。二、操作: 1.取羊腦垂体分离出前叶,加丙酮抽出水份及脂肪,將丙酮自然挥散,再置蒸发皿内用两层石棉网微火干燥1小时。2.已干燥的羊脑垂体前叶,先用剪刀剪碎,再研成细粉,用1厘米篩孔过篩,称定重量后,放于一适当容器内。3.將巳称定重量的細粉,加丙酮的酸性溶液,每1克粉末加丙酮9毫升,搅拌3—5分鐘,放于冰箱內浸泡24小时,再攪拌数分钟后,继续浸泡24小时,用倾瀉法或用吸管吸取上层清液,置一容器内是为第一液。底部殘渣用濾紙濾过,並一点一点地加入重蒸溜水冼滌滤渣,使濾液总量与丙酮液量相等,为第二液。第一液与第二液分別置50—60℃水浴上蒸丙酮,将第二液倒入第一液容器內,加适量重蒸溜水至足量,再用

In order to further replace the burial method with the injection method, we experimented with the anterior pituitary of the sheep. Injection, after clinical application, is considered satisfactory, and the production procedure is relatively simple. The production methods are introduced as follows: 1. Specifications: The concentration is 10%, each 2 ml. Second, the operation: 1. Take the sheep pituitary separation of the anterior lobe, add acetone to extract the water and fat, the acetone volatilize, and then set the evaporating dish with two layers of asbestos network microfire drying for 1 hour. 2. The dried anterior pituitary gland of the sheep is first cut with scissors, ground into a fine powder, sieved through a 1 cm sieve, weighed, and placed in a suitable container. 3. The nickname of the weight of fine powder, add acetone acidic solution, add acetone 9ml per 1g powder, stir 3-5 minutes, put in the refrigerator soak for 24 hours, then stir for a few minutes, continue to soak for 24 hours , Drainage or suction pipette supernatant, set a container for the first liquid. The residue on the bottom was filtered through filter paper, and the heavy distilled water was added little by little to the residue so that the total amount of the filtrate was equal to the amount of acetone liquid and was the second liquid. The first liquid and the second liquid are respectively placed on a 50-60°C water bath to evaporate the acetone, and the second liquid is poured into the first liquid container, and a suitable amount of distort water is added to a sufficient amount, and then used again.
