针对大枣切片生产中,效率低、厚度不均匀、造碎率大等难题,在分析现有设备的基础上,结合对大枣加工工艺过程的分析研究,设计了一种大枣全自动输送定向切片机,确定了该设备的主要技术参数,并对关键零部件进行了设计计算。同时,通过试验研究分析了切片过程中切片速度与造碎率之间的关系,优化了切片速度等参数,减少了造碎率,进一步修改完善了试验样机。试验结果表明,该设备具有造碎率低、生产效率高等优点,在企业中使用效果良好。“,”In order to solve the problems of low production efficiency , slice unevenness , high breaking rate , poor hy-giene and poor security in the production process of jujube slices , a kind of jujube automatic transmission directional sli-cing machine has been designed with modern design and manufacturing technology , food processing technology and con-trolling technology based on immense investigations and a comprehensive analysis of the present equipments .In addition , it determines the main technical parameters of the equipment and calculates its key components via the analysis and re -search of jujube processing process with a proper design .This research analyzes the relationship between the slicing speed and the breaking rate in the slicing process , optimizes the slicing speed and other parameters , and reduces the breaking rate.These experimental results show that the device has several advantages such as low broken rate and high production efficiency; furthermore , it achieves good results in the enterprise application .
