目的 :探讨白介素 1β(IL 1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF α)与血脂的关系及其在冠心病 (CHD)发病机制中的作用。方法 :对 6 4例患者行冠状动脉造影 ,其中CHD组 33例 ,非CHD组 31例。测定两组血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C) ,IL 1β和TNF α。 结果 :CHD组血TC、TG、IL 1β、TNF α显著高于非CHD组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而HDL C显著低于非CHD(P <0 .0 1) ;CHD组TNF α与TC呈显著正相关 (r =0 .86 2 ,P <0 .0 1) ,非CHD组TNF α与TC不相关。结论 :IL 1β、TNF α与血脂异常之间存在一定联系 ,三者可能均参与了CHD发生、发展过程
Objective: To investigate the relationship between interleukin 1β (IL 1β), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF α) and blood lipids and its role in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Sixty-four patients underwent coronary angiography, including 33 CHD patients and 31 non-CHD patients. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C), IL 1β and TNF α were measured in the two groups. Results: The levels of TC, TG, IL 1β and TNFα in CHD group were significantly higher than those in non-CHD group (P <0.01), while those in CHD group were significantly lower than those in CHD group (P <0.01) There was a significant positive correlation with TC (r = 0.86 2, P <0.01). TNFα was not correlated with TC in non-CHD group. Conclusion: There is a relationship between IL-1β, TNFα and dyslipidemia, all of which may be involved in the occurrence and development of CHD
