道路客运业是一个国家经济发展和人民日常出行的基础保障,为国民生产提供广泛服务,在综合运输体系中起着重要作用。随着近几年市场经济的快速发展,对道路客运市场的需求也发生了变化,人们更注重出行的高效性、舒适性和安全性。对于一个国家来讲,完善交通基础设施建设,提高运输效率,降低运输成本不仅可以促进经济发展,更重要的是人民享受到了真正的实惠。面对我国道路客运市场存在的“多、小、散、弱”等问题,实现道路客运网络化运营可以很好解决这一问题。道路客运网络化运营指的是各道路运输网点以市场需求为导向,核心竞争为基础,信息网络为依托,通过紧密合作,以获得竞争优势为目的的企业经营管理形态。通过对国内外客运业的发展情况调查得出结论,道路客运网络化运营对缓解我国交通运输压力、加快城乡一体化进程、促进综合运输大发展等都有积极作用。
Road passenger transport industry is the basic guarantee of a country’s economic development and people’s daily travel, providing a wide range of services for national production and playing an important role in the integrated transport system. With the rapid development of market economy in recent years, the demand for the road passenger transport market has also changed. People pay more attention to the efficiency, comfort and safety of travel. For a country, improving transportation infrastructure, improving transportation efficiency and reducing transportation costs can not only promote economic development, but more importantly, people enjoy real benefits. Faced with the problems of “multiple, small, scattered and weak” existing in the road passenger transport market in our country, the realization of the networked operation of road passenger transport can well solve this problem. Road transport network operators refers to the road transport network outlets in the market demand-driven, based on core competition, based on information networks, through close cooperation to gain competitive advantage for the purpose of the business management style. Through the investigation of the development of passenger transport industry both at home and abroad, it is concluded that the network operation of road passenger transport plays a positive role in alleviating the pressure of transportation in our country, speeding up the process of urban-rural integration and promoting the great development of integrated transport.
