第一章总则第一条内蒙古自治区水利经济研究会是研究水利经济的群众性学术团体。其宗旨是:开展水利经济研究、学术交流和宣传普及水利经济科学知识。以促进全区水资源的合理开发、利用、保护和统一管理,提高水利经济效益,为全区的水利建设服务。第二条本会以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想为指针,坚持四项基本原则,积极开展水利经济学术讨论、学术报告及水利经济咨询服务等活动。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Water Conservancy Commission is a mass academic body that studies the water conservancy economy. Its purpose is: to carry out water conservancy economic research, academic exchanges and publicizing and popularizing scientific knowledge of water conservancy economy. To promote the rational development, utilization, protection and unified management of water resources in the whole region, improve the economic benefits of water conservancy and serve the water conservancy construction in the whole region. Article 2 With the guidance of Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought, this NPC will adhere to the four cardinal principles and actively carry out such activities as academic discussion on water conservancy economics, academic reports and water conservancy economic consultation services.
