本文按使用条件和质量要求将钛合金的锻造工艺分为二大类,并提出了确定锻造工艺参数。根据经验和实践,本文分析了钛合金成形中的常见缺陷,并得出由于TA_5锻件因含氧量过高而引起冲击韧性降低的结论。
This article according to the conditions of use and quality requirements for the titanium alloy forging process is divided into two categories, and proposed to determine forging process parameters. Based on experience and practice, this paper analyzes the common defects in the forming of titanium alloy and draws the conclusion that the impact toughness of TA_5 forging is reduced due to the high oxygen content.
