我国加入WTO以后,安徽经济怎样迎接国际竞争的挑战?我们认为:第一,安徽必须以增强自身市场竞争力为轴心,扬长避短,发挥相对优势,调整产业结构,集中力量在农业、加工业和高新技术产业方面培养起自己新的经济增长点;第二,在吸引外商投资方面,我们要思想更解放些,政策更灵活些,步子迈得更大一些,主动寻找需要安徽的外国跨国公司来安徽投资,使安徽与外国跨国公司形成双赢的结果;第三,在战略上要处理好与东部邻近苏、浙、沪省市间的经济关系,打破行政区划的界限融入苏浙沪经济圈。
After China’s accession to the WTO, how can Anhui’s economy meet the challenge of international competition? In our opinion, firstly, Anhui must take its market competitiveness as the axis, take advantages and avoid disadvantages and exert its comparative advantages, adjust its industrial structure, concentrate its efforts on agriculture, processing industry and Secondly, in attracting foreign investment, we should make our thinking more liberated and our policies are more flexible. We will step forward to seek more foreign multinationals that need Anhui, Anhui’s investment made the result of a win-win situation between Anhui and foreign multinational corporations. Thirdly, it strategically needed to handle the economic relations with the eastern provinces, neighboring Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai and break the boundary of administrative division into the economic circle of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.
