1.引言用一般的方法和设备剪切棒料时,剪切区域的变形很大,以致不得不进行补充加工,或者甚至还需要选用其他的切断方法,例如锯断法、切削法、磨削法等。但这样一来,工时和材料消耗就会增加。因此有必要进一步探索棒料剪切的可能性及其方法,以提高切口质量和减少料头。用普通方法和设备,例如在一般的棒料剪切机上进行剪切时,棒料切口的形状和表面质量是不符合技术和经济要求的(见图1)。所谓不符合要求的主要表现是切口对纵轴倾斜成(?)角,在横断面上产生变形e和e_1,切口可能是平的,也可能

INTRODUCTION In the usual methods and equipment for cutting bar stock, the shearing area deforms so much that it has to be reprocessed or even cut-off methods such as sawing, cutting, grinding Law and so on.
