解析社区责任医生团队工作在农村公共卫生服务中存在的一些问题,如组建体系不完善、专业人员的匮乏、村级开展工作氛围不浓、考核机制不完善等,提出了加强责任医生队伍建设、加强团队分工合作、建立长效考核机制等对策,并探索社区责任医生团队精细化管理的新模式,提高农村公共卫生服务质量。
