为了促进西宁地区中学语文教学改革,青海师范专科学校于三月二十三日,召开了“西宁地区中学语文教改座谈会”,出席座谈会的有耕耘数十年的老教师,有初露锋芒的教坛新秀,也有语文教学研究人员,共四十余人。会上,代表们畅所欲言,集中探讨了中学语文教改的形势和迫切性,中语教学的内容和方法,传统教学和创新以及作文教学等问题,述要如下:
