随着计算机网络技术的发展,越来越多的地质活动记录开始在电子环境下产生,人们进行交流的手段也逐渐从纸质走向电子媒介,这就出现了同一种内容但不同载体的两种档案,即纸质档案和电子档案。通过对电子档案与纸质档案在载体形式、内容属性、保护特点等几方面差异的比较,结合成果地质资料归档在实际中的应用,揭示了电子档案和纸质档案所各自存在的特性及其优越性,阐明了电子档案与纸质档案并存的合理性。
With the development of computer network technology, more and more records of geological activity have started to emerge under the electronic environment. People have also gradually switched their means of communication from paper to electronic media, resulting in two kinds of the same content but different types of carriers File, that is, paper files and electronic files.
