珠江三角洲地区是我国经济最发达的地区之一 ,伴随这一地区经济现代化之过程 ,亦要求法治的现代化。而弄清该地区居民的法律价值观是法治现代化的基本前提。本文以珠江三角洲地区为例 ,运用法律社会学的实证研究方法 ,对处于经济现代化进程中的居民的法律功能价值观、法律正义价值观、法律意识水平、法治价值的选择和对司法队伍的评价诸方面进行了实证研究 ,得出了一些带规律性的结论 ,在此基础上提出了建构珠江三角洲地区现代法治的对策性建议。
The Pearl River Delta region is one of the most economically developed regions in our country. Accompanying the process of economic modernization in this region also requires the modernization of the rule of law. To understand the legal values of residents in the area is the basic prerequisite for the modernization of the rule of law. Taking the Pearl River Delta as an example, this paper uses the empirical research methods of sociology of law to analyze the legal functional values, the values of legal justice, the level of legal awareness, the choice of the value of the rule of law and the assessment of the judiciary in the process of economic modernization Conducted empirical research and got some conclusions with regularity. On this basis, it puts forward countermeasures to construct the modern rule of law in the Pearl River Delta.
