2010年世界经济复苏增幅略高于趋势水平,但整体表现依然缓慢,且不稳定和不平衡。展望2011年,世界经济将延续这种态势,缓慢复苏的局面不会发生根本性变化,不稳定不确定因素仍然较多,下行风险继续困扰着世界经济。2011年是中国“十二五”规划的开局之年,中国将坚持互利共赢的开放战略,拓展国际经济合作空间,推动对外经济贸易继续稳定发展。
The world economy recovered slightly more than the trend of economic recovery in 2010, but its overall performance is still slow and unstable and uneven. Looking forward to 2011, the world economy will continue this trend. The situation of slow recovery will not fundamentally change. There are still more unstable and uncertain factors. The downside risks continue to plague the world economy. 2011 will be the first year of China’s “12th Five-Year Plan”. China will adhere to the opening-up strategy of mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation, expand the space for international economic cooperation and promote the sustained and steady development of foreign trade and economic cooperation.
