习惯性流产(Habitual abortion)是妇产科中较为常见的疾病,它是指3次或3次以上的连续自发流产,现在许多研究也把2次连续自发流产包括在内。本病发病原因与很多因素有关,如生殖器官异常、内分泌紊乱、免疫因素、感染以及遗传因素等。多年来细胞遗传研究表明染色体异常是引起习惯性流产的主要原因之一。
Habitual abortion is a common disease in obstetrics and gynecology. It refers to three or more consecutive spontaneous abortions. Nowadays, many studies also include 2 consecutive spontaneous abortions. The pathogenesis of this disease and many factors, such as genital abnormalities, endocrine disorders, immune factors, infections and genetic factors. Over the years, cytogenetic studies have shown that chromosomal abnormalities are one of the major causes of habitual abortion.
