《行政许可法》即将施行了。它是我国行政管理体制的一次根本性变革,是建设法治政府、转变政府职能的重大举措。 《行政许可法》公布以来,建设部及各级建设主管部门认真组织学习和培训;清理建设行政审批项目、行政许可规定和实施主体:研究起草相关配套制度。其大量的准备工作,为建设系统贯彻实施《行政许可法》奠定了坚实的基础。
The “Administrative Permission Law” will soon be implemented. It is a fundamental change in the administrative system of our country and a major measure for building a government ruled by law and changing its functions. Since the promulgation of the Administrative Licensing Law, the Ministry of Construction and the competent department of construction at all levels have conscientiously organized the study and training; cleared the administrative approval items and the provisions of the administrative licensing and the implementation subject of the project: studied and drafted relevant supporting systems. The large amount of preparatory work laid a solid foundation for the construction of the system to implement the “Administrative Licensing Law.”
