如何提高小学生学习数学的积极性?班杜拉的自我效能理论为解决这一问题提供了理论指导。该理论认为自我效能是个体对自己能干什么的一种主观信念,它影响个体对任务的选择、在困难面前的态度及在活动时的情绪和思维方式,而自我效能主要来源于直接经验、替代经验、言语舒服、情绪反应和生理状态。本文根据此理论针对如何提高小学生学习数学的积极性提出了四条建议:为学生提供成功的经验、为学生树立同伴榜样、引导学生进行积极的归因和为学生营造良好的学习数学的氛围。
How to improve pupils’ enthusiasm to learn mathematics? Bandura’s self-efficacy theory provides theoretical guidance for solving this problem. The theory holds that self-efficacy is an individual’s subjective beliefs about what he or she can do. It affects an individual’s choice of tasks, his or her attitude toward difficulties and emotions and modes of thinking during activities. Self-efficacy mainly comes from direct experience, Experience, speech comfortably, emotional response and physiology. Based on this theory, this paper puts forward four suggestions on how to improve pupils’ enthusiasm in learning mathematics: providing students with successful experiences, setting up peer examples for students, guiding students to make positive attributions and creating good atmosphere for students to learn mathematics.
