未成年人重新犯罪除了具备未成年人初次犯罪的基本特点,还有其特殊的原因。广东省东莞市地处沿海,是珠三角经济发达的地区。通过对近年来东莞市未成年人重新犯罪进行实证分析,该市未成年人重新犯罪的现状和特点,在转型期的中国社会具有一定代表性,对全国其他类似地区未成年人重新犯罪预防工作以期起到一定的启示作用。
