最近,我们对26名亲属遭受不法侵害的战士进行了调查了解,感到亲属遭受不法侵害,不仅给战士精神上造成极大打击,而且给思想上带来许多消极影响。亲属遭受不法侵害,对战士的消极影响是全方位、立体性的,主要表现在:一是强烈要求对侵害者实施法律惩处或进行报复,潜伏着犯罪因素;二是心理严重失衡,行为乱了方寸;三是意志极度消沉,影响了成长进步。亲属遭受不法侵害,对战士的消极影响是显而易见的、不容低估的。如不及时做好思想工作,不仅影响到战士的健康成长,而且危及到部队的安全和稳定,同时也会影响部队凝聚力的增强和战斗力的提高。因此,各级机关特别是基层干部应引起高度重视。
